You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data without permission
• Using automated systems or bots
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our Services
• Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
• Selling, reselling, or commercializing our Services without authorization
• Circumventing security measures or access controls

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we have no obligation to monitor User Content and are not responsible for content posted by users.

6. Events and Registrations

6.1 Event Registration

When you register for workshops, summits, hackathons, or other events:

• You agree to provide accurate information
• You commit to attending or participating as registered
• You acknowledge that capacity may be limited
• You understand that events may be recorded or photographed

6.2 Cancellation and Refunds

Event cancellation and refund policies vary by event. Please review the specific terms for each event at the time of registration. Generally:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund
• LINKQUESTER™-initiated cancellations: Full refund

6.3 Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, speakers, format, or location. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of significant changes.

7. Payment and Fees

7.1 Pricing

Certain Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing orders or subscriptions.

7.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

7.3 Billing and Charges

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for all charges, including taxes
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKQUESTER™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use our Services
• Damages caused by third-party content or conduct

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LINKQUESTER™, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Your conduct on our platform

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@linkquester.com to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 60 days.

10.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in San Diego, California.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes must be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Diego County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
